What is an Overrun or Underrun?
It
is fairly typical to produce 5 - 10% more items than the quantity
that is ordered. This helps to reduce errors in printing, and
helps account for most common print issues. In most cases, the
customer is responsible for the cost of the extra pieces since
they are considered part of normal production, and are imprinted
with the customer's company information. An underrun is the rare
case in which fewer items are produced. Specifying "No overruns
or underruns" on the order can help to prevent this cost.

Why
a Minimum Order?
Setting
minimum production limits helps to ensure that the order is large
enough to cover the cost of the job, as well as generate profit..
Why do I have to pay Set-up Charges?
Since
custom logos and imprints are usually company specific, no one
else will be able to use the materials used to create the imprint.
This generally means that you are paying to create a custom screen,
stamp, or other materials that will be used to create your product.

Be
sure to let the us know that you have a specific date in which
you need your items. If the request is not outrageous we may be
able to accomodate your "need date". If the date is

as well as expedited shipping charges.
What type of businesses use Promotional Products.
Promotional products increase the exposure your business receives,
and is a great form of advertising. Promotional products are not
just for tradeshows, they can be sales incentives, corporate gifts,
holiday gifts to employees, or even supplies that are used in
a public office. Since just about any item can be embossed, imprinted,
stamped, embroidered, or engraved with a logo, it is worth taking
a look at all of your regular purchases and see what could be
personalized. Packaging and office products you order regularly
can often present logos and messages without any significant cost
increase. Customer giveaways present an opportunity to keep your
company logo in the customers view. Refrigerator magnets can be
imprinted with important numbers, and often times are in a home
for years.
